Zooey Claire Deschanel (Los Angeles, Kalifornia, 1980. január 17. –) amerikai színésznő, énekesnő, dalszerző, zenész, modell. A neves hollywoodi operatőr, Caleb Deschanel lánya. Első filmje a Dilidoki volt 1999-ben, majd a Mi a manó-ban (2003), a Galaxis útikalauz stopposoknak-ban (2005) után főszerepeket kezdett játszani Az igenember-ben és az 500 Days of Summer-ben (2009). 2001 óta jazzkabarékban is fellép, játszik billentyűs hangszereken, ütőhangszereken, bendzsón és ukulelén is. Több filmje főcímdalát is ő énekelte, debütáló albuma a Volume One volt a She & Himmel, amely 2008. március 18-án jelent meg.
