这是一个综合性的30天初学者锻炼计划,用哑铃和垫子,不仅能改善你的体质,而且可以提高自信。 共有三个练习,大概25分钟一个,每十天做一个,加起来30天(当然,别忘了做五休二或者做六休一)。主要是力量训练,难度逐级加大。初学者、大体重者老老实实地跟着做30天,里面两个助教一个示范难的一个示范简单的,我们可以从简单动作开始,循序渐进。以前锻炼过,体重不是太超重的人群,可以先做这个,然后再补充半小时左右的有氧,帮助甩脂。
