Michael Madsen
Michael Søren Madsen, 25 Eylül 1957 tarihinde Chicago, Illinois'te dünyaya gelmiştir. Danimarka kökenli bir baba ve İrlanda-Amerikan kökenli bir annenin oğlu olan Madsen'ın kız kardeşi, kendisi gibi oyuncu olan Virginia Madsen'dır. Oyunculuk kariyerine adım atmadan önce araba tamirciliği gibi çeşitli işlerde çalışan Madsen, oyunculuk eğitimini Chicago'daki prestijli Steppenwolf Theatre Company'de, efsanevi aktör John Malkovich'in altında alarak sanat dünyasına ilk adımını attı. Kariyerinin başlarında çeşitli dizi ve filmlerde küçük roller üstlenen Madsen, ilk kez Ridley Scott'ın kült filmi "Thelma ve Louise" (Thelma & Louise) (1991) filmindeki Jimmy rolüyle dikkatleri üzerine çekti. Ancak onu dünya çapında bir ikon haline getiren ve kariyerini sonsuza dek tanımlayan rol, Quentin Tarantino'nun 1992 yapımı çığır açan filmi "Rezervuar Köpekleri"nde (Reservoir Dogs) canlandırdığı soğukkanlı, sadist ama karizmatik Mr. Blonde (Vic Vega) karakteri oldu.
