Shuttle Bus Services

The legal ports of entry into the Republic of Cyprus are the international airports of Larnaca (LCA) and Paphos (PFO) which are situated in the area under the effective control of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus.

• Paphos Airport is approximately a 1 hour and 30 minute (140km) drive from the meeting venue.
• Larnaca airport is approximately a 40 minute (48km) drive from the meeting venue. 

Free Transportation Arrangements

The Republic of Cyprus will undertake the transportation of all delegations at no cost as follows:

• Transportation from the airports (Larnaca and Paphos airports) to the conference listed hotels and vice versa between 2 – 9 October
• Transportation from the conference listed hotels to the Conference Venue (Filoxenia Conference Center) as of the 2^nd of October
• Transportation to the Side Events
• Transportation to the official dinner and the social/cultural events

Important Notes:

1. Information Desks and volunteers will be available at the airports, hotels and conference venue to provide any assistance needed
2. A detailed time-schedule of all transfers provided will be uploaded on this website nearer to the day of the conference
3. The hosts cannot guarantee airport transfers for delegates who have not submitted their flight details via the conference booking form (https://nicosiaefe.gov.cy/bookings/)

Other Transportation Options

Delegations or participants that will not use the transportation that will provided by the Republic of Cyprus, their transportation to the hotels from/ to the airport can be arranged alternatively as below:

a) For the Delegations that have an Embassy in the Republic of Cyprus, transportation can be arranged by your country’s Embassy. It is suggested to contact your Embassy for transportation arrangements.

b) Use of Taxi: Taxi rank is located outside the arrival gates and the prices depend on the aiport of arrival/departure as well as the timing (slight increase during evening and early morning hours):

Indicatively:

Larnaca Airport to Nicosia OR vice versa: €50 per way per taxi

Paphos Airport to Nicosia OR vice versa:  €100 per way per taxi

c) Shuttle bus services are also available. Shuttle bus services run to and from:
