ALL participants (regardless of the membership of the delegation) must individually apply for registration via the “Indico” online tool.
- In order to register in the “Indico” system, the applicant will need to create an account that can be used to register the participation in conferences, workshops and meetings of many organizations of the UN system (indico.un.org/login).
- If the Indico account has already been created, then log in.
- The application can then be filled out via the special link for the Nicosia Conference (https://indico.un.org/e/nicosia-EfE-conference-2022).
- The secretariat will review the application to validate it.
- The individual application will be validated only if the information supplied by the applicant is sufficient.
- Specifically, if the applicant wants to be registered as a member of a particular official delegation, it is important that the composition of official delegation is communicated to the secretariat on time.
